The Spirit empowers us (Luke 4:14; 24:49; Rom. 15:19; Acts 1:8).
Reflection:
At Glorify Church, we hold a core conviction that every single believer is called and equipped to be a supernatural minister of the “gospel of power”. This mandate to release God’s glory into the Adelaide region requires far more than human eloquence, clever marketing strategies, or good intentions; it requires undeniable supernatural strength. The Holy Spirit provides the exact divine empowerment needed to overcome demonic resistance, heal the sick, and boldly proclaim the reality of the kingdom.
This divine power fundamentally transforms ordinary, flawed believers into highly effective, fully authorized ministers. It proves to a skeptical world that the kingdom of God consists not merely in persuasive talk, but in liberating, kinetic power. We cannot afford to minister out of our own depleting energy reserves. We must boldly ask the Holy Spirit to clothe us with power from on high, stepping into our workplaces and neighborhoods fully expecting God to move miraculously through our surrendered lives.
Prayer:
Holy Spirit, fill me today with Your undeniable, supernatural power. I recognize that human effort is entirely insufficient to advance Your kingdom, so I ask that You would clothe me with the authority necessary to be a bold minister of the gospel.
Empower me to lay hands on the sick, to bring freedom to those in bondage, and to release Your glory into every sphere of influence You have given me. Let my life be a tangible demonstration of Your miraculous power to everyone I meet. Amen.
