The restorative, healing power of God is not reserved solely for the immaterial soul or the distant future; it actively and aggressively permeates our physical bodies right now. At Glorify Church, our Healing and Restoration Ministries are built on the absolute conviction that Jesus came to provide wholeness for the body, soul, and spirit. The exact same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead meticulously ministers divine health, energy, and vitality to our fragile mortal frames.
This quickening executes the restorative mandate of the kingdom against the physical decay, sickness, and disease originally caused by the fall of man. It is the robust theological foundation for expecting, praying for, and relentlessly pursuing physical miracles within our congregation. We do not have to passively accept sickness as the final word. Today, actively ask the Holy Spirit to breathe His resurrection life into any area of your physical body that is experiencing pain, weakness, or disease, expecting His quickening power to bring healing.
Prayer:
Holy Spirit, I ask that You would breathe Your mighty resurrection life into my physical body today. You are the exact same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead, and I ask You to minister divine health and vitality to every cell of my frame.
I stand against sickness, pain, and disease in the name of Jesus, declaring that they have no right to dwell in God’s temple. Bring holistic healing to my body, soul, and spirit, so that I may serve You with unrestricted energy and joy. Amen.
